Not on your Nelly. The show, which lost William Petersen full time this season, has not lost a massive amount of viewers or enough of its demo share to make the eye even contemplate cancellation. It is a safe bet that this show will return next season, still in the more than qualified hands of Laurence Fishburne.
My guess: renewed.

This is another show that’s dependent on the popularity of their contests to get ratings. This season hasn’t been too bad in that department, and rumor has it that Donald Trump is looking to bring back original recipe Apprentice next season.
The show has been averaging a solid 2.8 rating so far this season and just over 8 million viewers. Surely it stays?
My Guess: Renewed.

As I continue writing these, it dawns on me that CBS probably has the most stable line up of all of the broadcast nets. Most of its shows will be returning next season, which is good compared to the slew of new shows NBC will be throwing our way next season.
This show has been averaging a solid 3.5 rating (for this cycle) and just under 11 million viewers – not too bad at all. And surely the production costs are lower too? Yep.

I know, this is a really cheap way of gaining traffic. I don’t care. This show is the worst performer of ABC’s comedy lineup but hasn’t really had a chance, as it had Kelsey Grammar’s ‘Hank’ as a lead in at first, followed by reruns of Modern Family.
Already Renewed.

Ah, the second most hated of the CSI’s. I say second most because I’m pretty sure that most people who’ve tried to watch the Miami spinoff have hated David Caruso, or was that just me?
The show has performed as well as its sister show, the original CSI this season, averaging a 3.4 rating and a solid 12 million viewers. This leads me to believe that it has a solid chance of renewal.

Although never really returning to pre Mandy Patinkin leaving numbers, this show is still among the top 5 scripted performers for CBS and also sells very well in syndication.
The show has averaged a solid 3.5 adults 18-49 rating this season which is better than the CSI’s and The Mentalist which surely makes it a shoe-in for renewal.

ABC has confirmed that sophomore drama, Castle, has been renewed for a 22 episode third season.
Via EW:
The Nathan Fillion-Stana Katic mystery-comedy has been on an upswing this season, with ratings surging double digits over season 2. Last night’s episode — the conclusion of the two-part Dana Delany event — attracted the show’s largest audience to date (14.5 million viewers) and gave ABC its best scripted performance in the time-slot in 14 years.

I will be the first to admit that this show got off to a very slow start last season. It was too like the office and Amy Poehler’s character Leslie Knope was too like Steve Carell’s Michael Scott. However, just like the office it needed a second season to be able to perform to the best of its ability.
On the ratings side it has not been as good. The show has averaged just a 1.9 (18-49) rating and just under 5 million viewers. While that isn’t great, I do believe that given the post- Office slot it would perform much better. Luckily for us, there could still be a chance of that happening.
Already renewed by NBC.

CBS has announced that The Good Wife – a drama on CBS that I actually enjoy – has been renewed for a second season. I really like this show. I like the casting (which is great), the stories and even the timeslot (which I think is perfect)
Although the ratings haven’t been particularly strong for the Julianna Marguiles starrer, the show is producing a solid 2.8 (18-49) rating and just over 12 million – solid for a new 10pm show.

Well, as this is the only show which is really pulling its weight on the CW, what would you expect. Apparently the only way that these mini- networks can create a hit is by enlisting the help of one man – Kevin Williamson (Scream I – III, Dawson’s Creek).
The show has averaged an excellent (by the CW’s standards) 1.5 (18-49) rating and just over 3.8 million viewers so far this season to make it the networks #1 show.
