CBS won last night with 7.9 million viewers and a 1.8 A18-49 rating beating out ABC (5.9 million, 1.7), an improved NBC (7 million, 1.6), FOX (4 million, 1.2) and The CW: (2 million, 0.9).
At 8pm, Law & Order posted season highs in both viewers (7.99 million) and the key demo (1.8) to take the top spot away from Ghost Whisperer (7.93 million, 1.8) for the first time this season.
