EW are reporting that Grant Bowler has joined that cast of HBO’s True Blood.

Bowler most recently appeared as Wilhelmina’s lover, Connor Owens, on Ugly Betty. He is joining the cast to play  Coot, the leader of a pack of werewolf bikers.  Theo Alexander (Chuck, Pushing Daisies ) has been also been cast for the third season as Talbot, the significant other of Denis O’Hare’s, Russell Edgington.

This really has been a week full of True Blood Casting, after Shannon Lucio was cast as Bill’s wife and Marshall Allman was cast as a series regular playing Sam Merlotte’s long lost brother.

The Former Prison Break star is set to join the cast of HBO’s True Blood, THR.com is reporting.

The actor will join the show as a series regular playing Tommy Mickens, Sam Merlotte’s long lost brother who works at a Tire Depot in Arkansas.

Allman was also a series regular on Prison Break, playing Lincoln’s son in all four seasons. He has recently appeared on AMC’s Mad Men and FX’s It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia.  

Season 3 of True Blood is due to begin airing in June 2010.
